Bob Ladisich is the founder of IC Design Services, LLC, and brings over two decades of structural design experience across a wide range of commercial building types, including multi-story office buildings, conditioned and freezer warehouses, coastal storage facilities, and large distribution centers. His expertise includes steel structures and seismic connections, crane design up to 20 tons, tilt-up concrete walls and foundations, masonry structures, retaining walls, and timber systems. Bob holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in 22 states and a registered Structural Engineer in Illinois, providing clients with highly technical, efficient, and practical structural solutions.
