Bryan Dyer serves as Facilities Director for Washington County School District, where he leads the planning, procurement, and delivery of new school construction and major capital improvement projects. Since 2020, he has overseen an extensive portfolio during a period of significant market volatility, focusing on durable, cost-effective, and efficient construction strategies to support one of the region’s fastest-growing student populations. Prior to joining the district, Bryan spent 18 years as an architectural designer and project manager specializing in K–12 facilities, developing extensive expertise in tilt-up concrete design and construction. His experience on both the design and owner sides of the industry provides a unique perspective on project delivery, allowing him to champion solutions that combine architectural flexibility, energy performance, structural resilience, and long-term value for educational facilities.
