Victory Concrete Contractors was founded by Frank Zollo and Steve Bluestein, who together have a combined 60 years of experience in concrete construction throughout the Eastern United States. They have successfully completed hundreds of construction projects and have managed and supervised over 20 million square feet of industrial, distribution, and warehouse floors. Their areas of expertise also include castin- place and tilt-up concrete, super flat floors, design build/ design assist, total shell construction including masonry, structural steel and pre-cast concrete, and warehouse floor remediation. Their business model is based on providing a quality product, on time, at a competitive price, and building strong relationships with customers, design professionals, vendors and subcontractors alike.
