Exceed Safety was created out of a desire to create a legacy for Tim Neubauer’s safety vision. Tim’s reach extend far beyond national coverage. His client travels are global and he is recognized internationally in the safety field. We have two missions. The first is to save lives and reduce injuries with a systematic approach to safety that is customized to each and every client. This system has been used for decades and thousands of companies. During that time, it has been refined and adapted by Tim Neubauer to fit today’s business models. I will note the Exceed Safety is limited in service offerings due to a non-compete until May 5th, 2023. Our services are currently legal work as an expert witness, speaking engagements, podcast, articles, and blogs.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment.
