Joel Foderberg is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a degree in Civil Engineering. He has worked for nearly 40 years in the architectural precast industry. 6 years ago he was awarded a patent for a composite insulated wall panel connector that is called IconX. Since the first patent another 6 patents have been submitted and issued for a variety of improvements and innovations. Seeing an industry need for a better way to make insulated panels Joel has been an outspoken advocate of the design and testing of composite wall systems in the industry.
