EVENT OVERVIEW

Our second talk in this series will feature Tim Manherz, President of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association and Vice President of Operations for TAS Commercial Concrete Construction. Tim began his relationship with TAS in 1993 as a project superintendent, advancing his way through the ranks of Superintendent, General Superintendent, and Field Operations Manager until he reached the position he holds today. Tim has amassed more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with his primary focus being concrete work. This vast experience allows him to train, mentor, and retain many of the outstanding TAS employees in addition to attendees at many TCA events. TAS consistently produces over 140 jobs annually, with over 30% being tilt-up construction. Ranked as the #1 Tilt-Up Concrete Contractor by Concrete Construction Magazine in 2005, 2006, 2008, and 2009, TAS is also the first and only specialty contractor to be recognized in both Houston and Dallas as an OSHA Partner.
