The YP Mentoring Program is a leadership initiative focused on enhancing Young Professional (YP) growth and development in the tilt-up industry to ensure the future strength and relevance of tilt-up in the building industry. This exclusive program pairs YPs with a Mentor who will become an immediate source of experience and knowledge. Mentors and YPs will meet on a self-directed schedule to discuss topics they feel are relevant and beneficial to growing their personal and professional lives. The TILT Mentor Program represents a vital investment in the future of our industry through the development of our Young Professionals.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment.
