Tilt-Up Vibes is headed back to Houston.

Set for May 13, this upcoming gathering brings together members, clients, and collaborators for a relaxed evening designed to do something increasingly valuable in a fast-moving industry—create space to connect.

Few markets in the world rival the scale and influence of tilt-up construction in Houston.

For decades, the region has demonstrated both the range and capability of the system—delivering everything from massive distribution facilities to complex, design-forward, and specialized structures. The Houston area is home to the largest tilt-up building ever constructed and has played a defining role in advancing construction methods, including the evolution of stacked panel systems that have expanded what tilt-up can achieve.

That scale is supported by the broader strength of the region itself. As part of the nation’s largest construction market, Houston continues to see sustained growth across industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors. Anchored by the Port of Houston—one of the busiest in the United States—and supported by a metropolitan population exceeding seven million, the region consistently generates demand for large, efficient building solutions.

The Tilt-Up Concrete Association’s presence in Texas reflects that momentum. With nearly 100 member companies—more than any other state—and a significant concentration in the Houston area, the region represents one of the most active and engaged communities in the industry.

In Houston, that membership spans the full project lifecycle—architecture, engineering, construction, and supply—creating a uniquely integrated network that continues to push the industry forward. The area also represents one of the largest concentrations of TCA Certified Companies, reinforcing its leadership in quality, expertise, and execution.

Houston’s influence extends beyond project volume. The market has consistently contributed to the direction of the Association itself—hosting some of the most well-attended and transformative TCA conventions in recent history and producing strong representation in board leadership.

That same energy carries into Vibes.

Last year’s Houston event marked the largest Vibes gathering in the United States, surpassed only by Monterrey, Mexico—signaling both the depth of the local network and the value of simply bringing people together.

This year’s event builds on that momentum.

Hosted at Kirby Ice House – Upper Kirby, the evening invites attendees to step away from the pace of project delivery and into a more informal setting—where conversations happen more naturally, relationships strengthen, and new opportunities begin to take shape.
