Attendees gather following the Tilt-Up Vibes education seminar held at the Colegio de Ingenieros Civiles de Chihuahua in Chihuahua, Mexico
The Tilt-Up Concrete Association continued expanding its presence in Mexico this spring with a highly successful edition of Tilt-Up Vibes in Chihuahua, bringing together 71 professionals representing 30 companies from across the region.
The event served as both a networking platform and educational opportunity, reinforcing growing interest in tilt-up construction throughout Mexico. Attendees represented a broad cross-section of the industry, including developers, general contractors, tilt-up subcontractors, structural engineers, steel fabricators, material suppliers, universities, and professional associations.
A major component of the program was the TCA Certification Exam Preparation Class, which drew more than 50 participants. Originally planned as a shorter session, the class evolved into an extended and highly interactive exchange lasting from 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., reflecting the strong engagement and technical curiosity of attendees. Following the training, 16 certification exams were successfully administered.
One of the most notable outcomes of the event was the willingness of industry professionals to travel significant distances to participate. Attendees came not only from Chihuahua, but also from Monterrey and the Bajío region, signaling increasing momentum for tilt-up construction and TCA programming across multiple areas of Mexico.

The event also highlighted the breadth of organizations now engaging with TCA initiatives in Mexico, including contractors, developers, engineering firms, concrete producers, suppliers, universities, and technical organizations. The growing diversity of participation reflects an expanding ecosystem surrounding tilt-up construction in the region.
Tilt-Up Vibes has become an important platform for cultivating relationships and accelerating market development in both emerging and established tilt-up regions. In Mexico, these events continue strengthening industry connections while introducing new professionals and organizations to TCA resources, education, certification, and community.

Following the success of the Chihuahua event, additional regional engagement efforts are already being planned, including future activities in the Bajío region, as TCA continues building long-term momentum throughout Mexico.
