TILT, the young professional’s collaborative housed under the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) umbrella, welcomed emerging leaders to an extraordinary evening of cocktails and exploration at the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, on the eve of the 2023 Tilt-Up Convention and Expo.

The event unfolded against the backdrop of the awe inspiring and iconic Coral Reef Gallery, where floor-to-ceiling, underwater views showcased a vibrant marine world—colorful fish, eels, sand tiger sharks, stingrays, and more—creating an atmosphere of wonder and excitement.

But the aquatic adventure didn’t end there. The TCA had an additional surprise in store: a private charter aboard the Bay Spirit II. This 72-foot catamaran featured a climate-controlled cabin on the first floor, restrooms, and a bar. Throughout the evening, the Bay Spirit II made two departures, allowing attendees to step aboard and experience the serene waters of Tampa Bay.

TILT Expo Eve 2023 offered an evening of relaxation and networking, and also an opportunity for emerging leaders in the tilt-up industry to connect, share ideas, and build lasting relationships against the backdrop of Tampa’s captivating aquatic world.
