T&T Construction Management Group, Inc., a woman-owned premier concrete specialty contractor, is pleased to announce that it has promoted Senior Project Manager Michael Skorochod to Director of Operations for the Southeast Region. Skorochod has worked for T&T Construction Management Inc. since the fall of 2020 and has headed the firm’s project management for the Southeast portfolio. 

Skorochod, whose experience with T&T Construction Management Inc. entails overseeing construction projects worth up to $25 million, has significant experience in the oversight and coordination of design and construction. His new role allows him to expand and increase T&T’s reach within the construction market as he focuses on oversight and growth in the Southeast. 

“It will be exciting to apply my experience in construction project management and team-building to this new Director role,” Skorochod said of his promotion. “As our company continues to increase our presence throughout the Southeast, I look forward to meeting our construction deliverables for our clients and taking on new clients and larger projects.” 

Skorochod understands the importance of empathy in life and business and has demonstrated a consistent ability to work with clients and partners to solve the varied issues that arise in construction. In this regard, Rebecca Thomas, T&T Construction Management Inc.’s Chief Executive Officer, called Skorochod a tremendous leader. She praised his project management skills, which he refined as a civil engineer in his native Israel.
