Hermes Creative Awards recently announced winners for its 2021 international awards competition for creative professionals involved in the concept, writing, and design of traditional and emerging media. Judges awarded the Tilt-Up Concrete Association’s video series, I’m a Young Professional. I’m an Adult. with a platinum award, which is their highest designation.
The series works to more closely examine the ways different generations engage, support, and benefit from the association. The short videos are meant to pose questions that keep the organization on its feet and encourage engagement from all generations.
“The fact that this series and this message is resonating with people outside of our industry is confirmation that these issues are universal,” said Mitch Bloomquist, executive director for the Tilt-Up Concrete Association and writer for the project. “What I am most proud of, related to this organization, is the respect and generosity shared among its diverse community. Inclusivity is something we work to cultivate and nurture in everything we do.”
“These are issues every association must address,” said Amy Lynch, speaker, consultant, and author with Generational Edge. “The Tilt-Up Concrete Association is leading the way.”
All ten episodes are available to binge now at tilt-up.org/generations.
