Meet Me in St. Louis
Español | Translation Sponsored by TCA
With the recent good news that the United States projects enough vaccine supply for all adults by May, we are seeing the first solid metric in more than a year that suggests it will be possible to hold an in-person convention this fall. We have heard from many members who are eager to get back to the business of networking, celebrating, exploring, and learning side-by-side with their peers. While we’ve discovered valuable new tools for gathering virtually and effectively, there is no doubt we’re looking forward to the opportunity to see you all in person again as soon as it’s safe to do so.
We have all come to understand that this situation continues to be fluid. Vaccine efficacy and availability, the development and spread of new variants, and additional spikes in COVID-19 cases cannot be controlled by any individual. Each state, municipality, and organization has their own regulations, policies, and procedures to manage. Each individual has their own reservations, conditions, and circumstances to consider. With this in mind, a commitment to participate in the convention is as flexible as the situation. Cancelation of any registration due to concerns for one’s safety or well-being will be met with understanding and flexibility. Furthermore, should the in-person event be canceled, each attendee, sponsor, and exhibitor will have the option to receive a full refund, credit toward whatever virtual event replaces it, or a credit for next year’s event.
So, we cautiously and optimistically welcome you to meet us in St. Louis on September 16, 2021. Hotel reservations are open. Event registration will open soon. As we work to provide each attendee and exhibitor with a bit more room, attendance will be limited.
Convention activities will be based out of the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch. You may read about their commitment to guests’ safety at hyatt.com/care-and-cleanliness.
