Thompson Ten Logistics Center Coming To Baytown, Texas

Investment and Development Ventures (IDV), teams up with Powers Brown Architecture and Slate Construction to embark on a ground up 360,000+sf industrial park. Thompson Ten Logistics Center will bring two tilt-up concrete shell buildings to Baytown, Texas. This 28+ acre master planned business park will have immediate ingress/egress to Interstate 10 and have direct access to Barbour’s Cut and Baytown Container Terminals. Building 1 will consist of 130,000sf front load configuration, consisting of (31) – 9×10 dock high doors and (2) 12×14 drive in doors. HazMat storage is possible. Building 2 will have 260,000sf cross dock configuration, consisting of (61)- 9×10 dock high doors and (4) 12×14 drive in doors. Both buildings have over 80 trailer storage positions and 190+ striped parking spaces. Speculative office spaces are also available in both buildings.
