Thompson Ten Logistics Center will bring two tilt-up concrete shell buildings to Baytown, Texas. This 28+ acre master planned business park will have immediate ingress/egress to Interstate 10 and have direct access to Barbour’s Cut and Baytown Container Terminals. Building 1 will consist of 130,000sf front load configuration, consisting of (31) – 9×10 dock high doors and (2) 12×14 drive in doors. HazMat storage is possible.
