Keim Expands Mineral Concrete Paint Offering To Include New Textures

Español | Translation Sponsored by Nox-Crete Products Group

Mineral silicate paint offers a more durable option for finishing concrete, and now you can select from two new textures. KEIM, the world’s original mineral silicate paint producer, is launching a new line of sol-silicate mineral paints for concrete that includes smooth, sand and coarse finishes. These finishes are ideal for both new concrete construction and renovation of previously painted surfaces. These finishes penetrate concrete and form permanent bonds. Because of these bonds:

Paints and stains bond at the molecular level—paint cannot peel or lose adhesion.

Mineral finishes are extremely vapor permeable—moisture vapor in concrete escapes freely without damaging the finish.

Colors are completely lightfast—they will not fade, no matter how harsh the U.V.

The concrete is weatherproof and water repellent.

KEIM, founded in 1878, is the world-wide leader in mineral silicate paints and stains and began corporate operations in the U.S. in 2007. Today, KEIM continues to lead the industry with research and development, specifically new product development, aimed at making your projects more successful and more profitable.
