Founded in Orlando, FL in 1987 by Richard J. McPherson, P.E., Seretta Construction is now celebrating their 30th anniversary. Since its inception, Seretta has always been a tiltwall contractor. Seretta works on most all types of facilities, including multi-story office buildings, cold storage facilities, distribution centers, office/retail buildings and industrial facilities. They also place high tolerance floors. Throughout the years, their work has been recognized with awards from ABC, ACI, NAIOP, TCA, Construction Association of South Florida and The Face Companies.

Andrew S. McPherson took over as President in the early 2000’s and remains as its current president. Seretta Construction currently has offices in Austin, Texas; Charlotte, NC and Orlando, FL and work throughout the United States.
