TCA is proud to announce that Concrete Construction has named CON/STEEL’s president, Robert Foley, as one of the 10 most influential people in the concrete industry. Foley, who manages CON/STEEL Tilt-Up Systems® and the CON/STEEL Alliance of contractors, was honored at a Jan. 23 event during the World of Concrete convention and trade show in Las Vegas. Foley, president of CON/STEEL Tilt-Up Systems®, a wholly owned subsidiary of LJB, has been involved with the structural design, estimation and construction of Tilt-Up buildings for three decades. CON/STEEL Tilt-Up Systems® supports the CON/STEEL AllianceTM, an international network of general contractors, with an integrated system of design, marketing, estimating and technical expertise. Mr. Foley is well known throughout the concrete Tilt-Up industry, having served as a founding member and past president of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association. Frequently, he is asked to speak to professional organizations on the subject.
