The 2025 Tilt-Up Convention and Expo will bring the tilt-up industry together in the heart of Nashville under the theme Striking Harmony. Just as Music City thrives on the interplay of diverse influences, this year’s event will celebrate the collaboration and cross-disciplinary exchange that drive innovation and success in tilt-up construction. With a re-envisioned education program, dynamic demonstrations, and unmatched networking opportunities, the 2025 convention promises to inspire and engage like never before.

Re-Envisioned Education Program

This year, we are introducing a bold, new education format. Rather than offering a large number of individual seminars, we will present only eight highly curated talks, each delivered by a cross-disciplinary team of at least four professionals from various sectors, including contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers. These presentations will focus on how the collaboration between disciplines led to innovative solutions and the projects’ success.

Each talk will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by our education host—a representative from the Tilt-Up Concrete Association who will guide deeper exploration of the interplay of expertise among panelists. This shift to more in-depth, collaborative presentations aligns directly with the theme of Striking Harmony, and offers attendees a unique opportunity to engage deeply with content and learn how cross-disciplinary exchanges can elevate their own work.

Submission Guidelines

Submissions must include the following:

• Title – A captivating title that reflects the topic and relevance to the tilt-up community
• Description – A one-paragraph summary of the talk
• Learning Objectives – Four clear and measurable learning objectives
• Speaker Information– Basic contact information, bios, and headshots for each speaker

Teams must include representatives from at least four of the following roles: general contractor, concrete subcontractor, owner/developer, architect, engineer of record, specialty engineer, and/or supplier.

Presentations should demonstrate how collaboration and cross-disciplinary exchange were critical to the project’s success. Teams are encouraged to focus on specific projects or challenges where their combined expertise led to impactful solutions.
