Len Overbeek Elected President of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association

2026 Board of Directors confirmed following the Association’s 40th Annual Meeting

The Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) has elected Len Overbeek, co-founder of Tilt Wall Ontario Inc., as President of the Association for the 2026 term. The election took place during the TCA Board of Directors meeting immediately following the Association’s 40th Annual Meeting, held January 21, 2026.

Presidential Leadership

Overbeek brings more than 25 years of construction experience to the role, with a career spanning a wide range of building systems before his introduction to tilt-up construction in 2001. Recognizing the method’s structural efficiency, design flexibility, and durability, he co-founded Tilt Wall Ontario Inc. in 2002 and has since played a central role in expanding tilt-up construction across regions where the system was historically underutilized.

A defining feature of Overbeek’s professional legacy is his commitment to education and industry engagement. In addition to working closely with owners and design teams to identify and develop tilt-up solutions, he has led seminars throughout Ontario aimed at educating clients, peers, and competitors alike. His efforts have contributed to broader adoption of tilt-up construction and a stronger technical understanding of the system across the market.

In 2023, Overbeek was recognized with the Murray Parker Memorial Award, honoring individuals who have significantly expanded the reach and understanding of tilt-up construction. He has also served on the TCA Executive Committee and has been consistently recognized as a leading industry voice through his advocacy, mentorship, and technical leadership.
