Mentorship in Motion: The Fourth Session of the TILT Mentor Program

Español | Español | Translation Sponsored by TCA

By Michael Frew, AIA, NCARB

Now in its fourth session, the TILT Mentor Program continues to build strong bridges across generations within the tilt-up construction industry. This year, 24 mentor-mentee pairs came together, representing diverse expertise, backgrounds, and career stages. The addition of 13 new mentors and the transition of two former mentees into mentoring roles exemplify the program’s growth and its capacity to inspire the next generation of industry leaders.

The program has fostered long-lasting relationships, with many mentor-mentee pairs continuing to collaborate informally beyond the program’s framework. This sustained engagement highlights the strength of the connections forged through TILT, reinforcing the program’s value as a cornerstone for personal and professional development. Participant feedback continues to affirm its positive impact, with improvements in engagement and processes making the experience even more rewarding.

Looking ahead, TILT remains committed to building on the program’s momentum and finding new ways to empower emerging leaders in tilt-up construction. By fostering connections and providing a platform for knowledge exchange, the TILT Mentor Program is shaping the future of the industry, one mentorship at a time.

Below is a list of the outstanding professionals participating in this year’s program.
