As we welcome 2024, I am filled with excitement and gratitude for what lies ahead in our tilt-up industry. Your passion and dedication are what make our field truly outstanding. As your executive director, celebrating our shared achievements is both a privilege and a joy.

Last year, we saw a steady increase in our membership—a clear indication of the ongoing interest and commitment in our sector. This growth reflects the strength and vitality of our industry and the value we all contribute.

2023 was a year of notable events. We kicked off with a third consecutive sold-out Winter Tilt-Up Jubilee at the World of Concrete, setting a fantastic tone for the year. The inaugural Tilt-Up Icon Tour in San Diego and the Tilt-Up Nexus in Toronto were remarkable successes, as was our sold-out golf outing in Atlanta. Our annual convention, which saw record attendance, was an incredible week, highlighting the active involvement of our members.

Your participation in these events, through sponsorships, attendance, or sharing expertise, is invaluable. It’s this engagement that creates a vibrant and interconnected atmosphere, which is crucial for the growth and innovation of our industry.

As we embark on 2024, we’re excited to launch new initiatives that will offer more opportunities for collaboration and engagement. These include creating technical documents, curating our digital narrative, and planning even more impactful events. These efforts will deepen our collective knowledge and strengthen our ties as an industry.
