Seretta Completes new Office and Warehouse in Austin, Texas

Seretta Construction Texas, LLC recently completed their new office building and warehouse in Austin. The office was designed by Powers Brown Architecture, engineered by Pinnacle Structural Engineers, and is located on a five-acre property off Hwy 183 and MLK in Austin, Texas. The 28,000-square-foot, two-story insulated tilt-up structure features cast-in brick, jointless floors, and exposed concrete columns and feature walls. In addition to continuous insulation in the walls and roof, the building features other sustainable upgrades, including ultra-low-flow plumbing fixtures, LED lighting, high-efficiency mechanical systems, and two charging stations for electric vehicles. The Seretta logo is highlighted as a cast-in element in the conference room wall, as well as in two large circular windows in the stair towers.
