Ironrock Capital’s METROBRICK Announces Vertical Wire Cut Texture
Ironrock Capital is proud to announce a significant change to their METROBRICK product’s wire cut finish.
METROBRICK® has a new look to its wire cut finish, changing from a texture horizontally across the surface of the brick to vertical across the surface. The new direction better emulates the way a full brick would be manufactured.
This change reflects Ironrock’s efforts to continue to improve their thin brick product line. And while the change may seem simple to the general public, it did require some significant engineering modifications.
The vertical wire cut finish is currently available in modular and closure sizes with plans to change all sizes to the new direction in the near future.
One feature that stands out with all METROBRICK wire cut textures is that the corners match the field tile in that the texture runs the same direction on both, eliminating the chance of an unappealing aesthetic after installation.
METROBRICK® is an architectural thin brick product for use in precast, tilt-up, and traditional field applied veneer brick applications. METROBRICK® is manufactured by Ironrock, centrally located in Canton, Ohio USA. Ironrock’s history of manufacturing exceptional ceramic tile and brick products dates back to 1866.
