TCA is proud to announce that Concrete Construction has named CON\/STEEL\u2019s president, Robert Foley, as one of the 10 most influential people in the concrete industry. Foley, who manages CON\/STEEL Tilt-Up Systems\u00ae and the CON\/STEEL Alliance of contractors, was honored at a Jan. 23 event during the World of Concrete convention and trade show in Las Vegas. Foley, president of CON\/STEEL Tilt-Up Systems\u00ae, a wholly owned subsidiary of LJB, has been involved with the structural design, estimation and construction of Tilt-Up buildings for three decades. CON\/STEEL Tilt-Up Systems\u00ae supports the CON\/STEEL AllianceTM, an international network of general contractors, with an integrated system of design, marketing, estimating and technical expertise. Mr. Foley is well known throughout the concrete Tilt-Up industry, having served as a founding member and past president of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association.
