John began his studies in architecture and pre-engineering at Ball State before transferring to Purdue to study civil engineering; making this move cost him his original scholarship. This experience shaped his desire to help others navigating similar transitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John went on to lead a remarkable career at Peak Engineering and made lasting contributions to both the TCA and ACI (American Concrete Institute) communities. His legacy of mentorship, technical excellence, and professional service continues through this fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications will be available this summer at <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/tiltlab.org\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"tiltlab.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tiltlab.org<\/a><\/strong>, and the next award will be announced this fall.
