As M+H Architects strives to execute our strategic plan, we\u2019ve recognized that continued growth and a larger team have created the demand for a widened leadership structure. Our commitment to the core values that have propelled our company since its inception has never changed. We\u2019ve put a lot of time and resources into expanding our relationships and developing our amazing team and culture, and for these purposes we are thrilled to announce that Scott Yerges and Zach Wester have been promoted to Associate Principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each of them will now focus on leadership and strategic responsibilities within the firm and their respective markets. They both bring additional depth, advocacy, and authenticity along with proven track records to our firm\u2019s leadership. Zach was a leading force behind our Industrial Market for well over a decade, and Scott\u2019s wide breadth of experience across multiple markets allows him to focus on expanding another one of our core markets: Mission Critical. They\u2019ve both earned the respect of our clients and staff, continue to foster new relationships, and consistently exhibit our values in their practices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We plan to continue our growth in the ways we always have: by helping our clients realize their goals, becoming an extension of their team, and providing unmatched commitment to personal service.
