Breneman\u2019s<\/strong> lead projects at Powers Brown Architecture<\/strong> include FCC Environmental Services\u2019 Materials Recovery Facility for the City of Houston; several projects at the Houston-Galveston Area Council\u2019s headquarters; the state-of-the-art 4.3-million-square foot Daikin Texas Technology Park in Waller County, outside of Houston; the Nalco Champion headquarters in Sugar Land; Stream Realty Partners\u2019 Sierra Pines Phase 2, the first six-story tilt-wall building in Texas; and the Memorial Hermann Medical Office prototype, the first of five buildings.<\/p>\n

A graduate of the Hines College of Architecture at UH, Breneman<\/strong> is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is actively involved in the Greater Houston Partnership and NAIOP. She is a native of Kerrville, in the Texas Hill Country, and resides in Spring, Texas.<\/p>\n
