It is with great enthusiasm<\/strong> that XL Concrete Masonry announces Chris Gosney as a new partner to our XL family.<\/p>\n XL Concrete Masonry formed 4 years ago with the combination of Michael Frazier’ s 35 years and Russell Bay’ s 25 years of experience in owning and operating Concrete and Masonry companies in Nevada and California.<\/p>\n As wise business owners, Mike and Russ have learned to recognize great talent and how important it is to have such talent coupled with experience when operating a company in multiple states. Like us, Chris Gosney has previously owned and operated his own concrete construction company servicing Washington , Alaska, and Northern California markets.<\/p>\n Over the past year we have gotten to know Chris not only on a business level but on a personal level as well. Even though we knew immediately that Chris would be a great fit, we wanted to make certain that he had the same goals, values, and integrity prior to offering Chris with this opportunity as our VP Northern Region.<\/p>\n Back in 2016, XL had such success when a decision was made to offer a similar opportunity to a long-time employee, Adrian Ornelas, who is our VP of Field Concrete Operations. Adrian has since taken our company to another level and we are certain that Chris will do the same. Adrian will be able to reduce the amount of time he spends in California and be able to focus his attention to our Southern Region and Utah markets. Chris will focus all his time and attention to our Northern Region market, soon to include Washington.
