Building 1 will consist of 130,000sf front load configuration, consisting of (31) \u2013 9&#215;10 dock high doors and (2) 12&#215;14 drive in doors. HazMat storage is possible. Building 2 will have 260,000sf cross dock configuration, consisting of (61)- 9&#215;10 dock high doors and (4) 12&#215;14 drive in doors. Both buildings have over 80 trailer storage positions and 190+ striped parking spaces.
