Huntington Industrial Partners, based in Denver, has joined with Cypressbrook Development Company, based in Houston, to develop a 168,425 square foot cross-dock warehouse and distribution facility in Houston\u2019s Northwest area. Located in Humble, Texas within half a mile to Bush Intercontinental Airport, the building will have easy access to Houston\u2019s Eastex Freeway, Sam Houston Parkway and Humble Westfield frontage roadways. <\/p>\n
Designed by Seeberger Architecture<\/a>, the building will feature a 28\u2019 clear height, 50\u2019 x 53\u2019 column spacing, ESFR sprinkler system, with 130\u2019 truck courts and 39,000 square foot outside storage. This front load configured building will contain 38 overhead truck dock doors for convenient access for single or multi-tenant users. <\/p>\n In addition to the practical aspects of this facility, the contemporary design delivers a sleek curb appeal with aluminum canopied entrances, an ample parking lot and truck court areas. <\/p>\n EE Reed Construction<\/a> is the general contractor and delivery is scheduled for December 2015. <\/p>\n Huntington Industrial Partners (HIP) is an industrial real estate operating company with a strategic focus on acquiring and developing industrial properties in select U.S. markets.
