Harris anuncia a su nuevo presidente"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>West Hartford, CT <\/strong> &#8211; Bob Parsons, Chairman and CEO  of A.H. Harris &amp;  Sons, Inc., announced the promotion of Kimberly  Corwin, from Vice-President of  Sales and Marketing, to President.<\/p>\n<p>Kimberly Corwin has more than 20 years  in the concrete construction  industry. She began her career in Iowa at Composite  Technologies  Corporation.\u00a0She joined  Hughes Supply in Florida in 2002 to help with  the growth of 2 locations, participating in the set up and   implementation of the first ever combined facilities location.<\/p>\n<p>Corwin joined A.H. Harris in September  of 2003, serving 6 years as  Business Development Manager promoting the growth of tilt-up  construction in the northeast region through numerous educational events  and A\/E presentations, as well as advancing the use of welded rebar  cages.\u00a0More recently in her role as  Vice-President of Sales &amp;  Marketing, which she has held since 2009,  Kimberly has implemented many  new customer focused initiatives, vendor development programs and an  internal education forum.<\/p>\n<p>Corwin is very active with the Tilt-Up  Concrete Association (TCA)  and is currently Vice-President on the TCA Board of Directors.\u00a0She also  serves as  Chairperson of the Promotions Committee and is a member of  the Education Committee and Global Associates Council.\u00a0In addition,  Kimberly is the CRSI Pilgrim Chapter President, promoting the use of  reinforced concrete.<\/p>\n<p>When asked why she is so active in the industry she states, \u201cI  believe in advocating not only for Harris but for the Concrete  Construction Industry as a whole, one person can make a difference\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Corwin\u2019s strong sales and communication skills as well as her in  depth industry knowledge will allow her to continue to lead and grow  Harris.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT A.H.
