Lindsay Enterprise, Ltd. (Dartmouth, Nova Scotia) was elected president of the TCA Board at it annual meeting on Jan. 19. Smith has been a member of the Tilt-Up construction industry for more than five years and is a registered engineer who is licensed to practice in all three Maritime Provinces.<\/p>\n<p>Smith said it is a great honor to serve as president of the TCA Board during its 20th anniversary year.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Other officers re-elected to the Board for 2006 are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bob Truitt of Don de Cristo Concrete Accessories, Inc. (Westminster, Calif.) will\u00a0serve as secretary<\/li>\n<li>Clay Fischer of Woodland Construction Company (Jupiter, Fla.)<\/li>\n<li>Roy Edgar of Dayton\/Richmond Corporation (Miamisburg, Ohio)<\/li>\n<li>Dave Kelly of Meadow Burke (Sacramento, CA)<\/li>\n<li>Joe Steinbicker of Steinbicker &amp; Associates Inc.
