The Tilt-Up Industry Leaders of Tomorrow (TILT) is proud to represent the emerging voices in the tilt-up concrete industry. As a group, we focus on building a strong network for future leaders while sharing knowledge and fostering innovation between contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers. With 2025 kicking off at the World of Concrete, we\u2019re thrilled to share exciting updates, introduce new board members, and highlight our initiatives for the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Welcoming New Leadership<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This year, we welcome two new board members to TILT: TJ Lambert (Helix Steel) and Holly Jennings (Dayton Superior). Holly, a chemical engineer and director of product engineering at Dayton Superior, brings a decade of industry experience, including product development at Dayton Superior and life-changing experiences with the TILT mentorship program. TJ, who leads the sales engineering team at Helix Steel, has a background in geotechnical and environmental engineering, and works closely with engineers to optimize concrete applications. Their passion for growth and collaboration will strengthen our mission to empower emerging leaders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
