We all are focusing on problem solving, growing our companies and hiring new people. Are we checking on and making sure we are spending the time and investing in the people we already have?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the best ways to invest in your people is having them get involved in the TCA and attending all the TCA events.
