The fuel price is the highest it\u2019s been in our lifetimes; inflation is at a 40-year high; we\u2019re seeing interest rate increases of .75% and big 401(k) losses that continue to trend downward; there is uncertainty about the pandemic and worries that it may return; midterm elections are happening soon; there are issues with cement allocations and shortages; brace and lift engineering is 10+ weeks out; there are brace and insert shortages, and huge manpower shortages; and every single thing you purchase costs a lot more than it did last year!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, just like we brace a tilt-up panel for 80 MPH wind speeds for storms, we need to brace our companies and our own minds for this storm of uncertain times ahead!&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the best braces you can buy is to get involved in the TCA.
