Harris<\/a> and Barker Steel have entered into an agreement, whereby A.H. Harris will assume Barker\u2019s Westfield, MA and Queens, NY facilities. The agreement is based on Barker\u2019s decision to exit the Building Materials Distribution &amp; Forming and Shoring Rental Business and focus on rebar and rebar fabrication only. Their rebar fabrication facilities will remain open.<\/p>\n<p>A.H. Harris has acquired all forming and shoring equipment as well as the building materials inventory for all 7 Barker Building Materials locations.<\/p>\n<p>The restructuring will allow both parties to continue to do what they do best.<\/p>\n<p>The additional locations and increased rental equipment affords Harris the opportunity to better serve customers\u2019 needs. According to Kimberly Corwin, A.H.
