This means efficient and effective tools for attracting candidates are essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Questions surround the effectiveness of mega job boards due to the sheer number of participants, the myriad of similar vehicles (Indeed, CareerBuilder, Dice, Monster, Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.) and the simple fact that many jobs never reach these boards. Niche job boards, however, have proven to be more successful. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is a niche job board?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In general, niche job boards are smaller and often location or industry focused.
