Summarize the project's program, features and achievements?
American Structural Concrete recently completed the tilt construction of (3) approximately 67,000-70,000 SF tilt structures with panels 43' tall. The buildings construction ran concurrently with (7) other buildings on the jobsite on a fast-track schedule. ASC worked diligently with Choate Construction to maintain schedule while also focusing on quality control and safety. This resulted in a successful project and happy client.
What obstacles were overcome related to the schedule, budget, program, specification, site, etc. on this project?
Weather delays was the only obstacle we came across. But other than that, everything went smoothly.
