As a Project Manager for a major Northeastern General Contractor, I supervised the construction of Tilt-Up warehousing, distribution centers and office centers. Responsibility began during the bid procurement stage and extended through subcontract negotiation/bids, awards, site work, construction, scheduling, coordination, finishes, punch list, and contract closeout. Project Management covered multiple concurrent projects in various locations in the NE. Cumulative Projects of over 10 million SF. Single Projects of over 1 million SF each. Specialty included the extensive installation of roof-top HVAC units using helicopters. Great time saver while eliminating damage to the roofing system from transporting HVAC units via planking. Tectonic Systems has developed a Modular Precast Concrete Seawall System that has been manufactured and installed in New York State.
