Tim has amassed more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry, with 30 of those years dedicated to the concrete segment. He has held many roles within the industry, starting as Superintendent at TAS Commercial Concrete, where he advanced his way through the ranks until he became Senior Vice President of Operations. During his time at TAS, Tim was the recipient of the ASCC Member Owner Safety Award which recognized his exemplary leadership and a best-in-class safety culture. Tim is now the VP of Operations at Encore Concrete Construction, a leading commercial concrete contractor in the Greater Houston area. Encore’s commitment to excellence is only surpassed by their commitment to safety. Tim graduated with Honors from Arizona State University with a BS in Construction, and was selected as Outstanding Graduate of his class. He was a member of the TCA Board of Directors for over six years and served as past-president in 2018. Tim was inducted into the TCA College of Fellows in 2020. He is ranked as one of the top 20 most influential tilt-up professionals in the world and in 2020, Concrete Construction ranked him as one of the most influential people in the concrete industry.
