Tom Myers is Regional Vice President at Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, providing planning, architectural, interior design, branding and civil engineering services to commercial real estate and corporate clients. Established in 1972, the firm has 22 offices across the United States and in Canada, Panama and Mexico.

Tom is both an accomplished architect and strong business leader. A licensed architect in the state of California and LEED Accredited Professional, he has over 30 years of industry experience. Tom has demonstrated a depth of architectural knowledge and experience, strong leadership, business development, client management, recruiting and staff management skills, along with a dedication to cultivating strong client relationships.

Tom joined Ware Malcomb in 2004 as a Director, Commercial Architecture in the Irvine office, and was promoted to Principal in 2007. As Regional Vice President, Tom is a member of the firm’s Executive Team and is responsible for the overall growth and management of the Irvine and Inland Empire offices. He oversees the Commercial Architecture group, the largest studio within Ware Malcomb, which incorporates office, industrial, retail, restaurant, hospitality, healthcare, science & technology, and government/public projects, as well as international projects in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

Tom received a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Tom is a member of the Board of Directors of the NAIOP Inland Empire Chapter and serves on the Programs Committee. Tom is also an active member in commercial real estate industry organizations including the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), NAIOP SoCal and the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR).
