Justin DeMarco CSI, CDT is a recovering Millennial with 14 years of experience in various facets of the AEC industry.  At BASF, Justin leads North American Business Development for an insulation product line ""Neopor,"" in addition to internally representing North America on BASF’s Global Virtual Design & Construction Team (VDC/BIM) as well as BASF’s Global Styrenic Foams Marketing Team.  Justin is currently a committee member of the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) Knowledge Committee as well as President of the Grand Rapids Chapter of CSI.  He also serves as a Consulting Member of the BIM Committee and Insulated Wall Panel Committee of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI).  Justin is especially interested about the intersection of Technology and the Construction industry.  He is a 2-time Ironman Triathlon finisher and hopeful Boston Marathon qualifier who is married, has two children, and lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
