2. Shane Miller is a second-generation president of DIVCON, Inc. taking the reins from his father and mentor, John. Serving nearly a decade on the TCA Board of Directors, including president in 2015, Miller helped initiate and further spurred the growth of TCA’s Company Certification program, advancing the challenge to tilt-up contractors globally to a higher level of quality. With more than 30 years in the construction industry, he has continually sought participation among the thought leadership of the industry to bring such challenges back to refine himself, his company, and his market. He has been part of best practice presentations and panels and today continues to serve on the Certification Committee and actively participate in the Cyber Roundtable.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment. Over 10,000 buildings, enclosing more than 650 million square feet, are constructed each year using this construction method.
