Len Overbeek is in charge of business development at Tilt Wall Ontario and has been a member of the TCA since 2002. He was privileged to join the board of directors in 2020 and has also recently been recognized as one of the top 20 influencers in tilt-up.

With more than 25 years of experience working in the construction industry during his career Len has been involved with almost all aspects of the building shell. From working in the trenches on the footings and foundations to installing the roof.

In 2001 Len was introduced to the tilt-up method and was immediately impresses by its design flexibility, energy efficiency and durability. Len co-founded Tilt Wall Ontario in 2002 and believes so much in the tilt-up system that not only does he work in a tilt-up building but also lives in a tilt-up house. Today Len works closely with prospective clients to determine if their project is a good candidate for a tilt-up building. As a tilt-up expert, he is also able to assist with project design and offer construction solutions. Passionate about tilt-up construction, Len loves sharing his knowledge of tilt-up and how its benefits help owners, engineers and architects meet the challenges of todays building demands. He still loves lift day and believes that tilt-up is the smart way to build.
