Michael MacInnes, a first-generation American and Tampa Bay native, boasts over 30 years of experience in accounting and business operations. Graduating from the University of South Florida with a Master of Accountancy, he passed the CPA exam at 21 and delved into public accounting. Throughout his career, Michael has held diverse roles, including CFO for a $190 million industrial distribution and service company, where he spearheaded operations and oversaw multiple acquisitions. Passionate about helping businesses grow and create value, Michael's dedication to understanding clients' unique competencies drives him to achieve the highest valuation possible. Beyond work, he enjoys gardening, reading, travel, and spending time outdoors with his wife, family, and friends.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment. Over 10,000 buildings, enclosing more than 650 million square feet, are constructed each year using this construction method.
