Robert Hale has dedicated over two decades to the steel and concrete industry, excelling in roles from ironworking and welding to owning his own steel erection business. His extensive expertise spans PEMB erection, steel fabrication, and tilt wall/precast erection. Throughout his career, Hale has managed estimating, client relations, hiring, project management, team building, and training, consistently finding fulfillment in technically challenging projects and innovative approaches. He is passionate about training and developing field personnel while fostering a strong safety culture. Hale cherishes the evolving nature of the construction industry and the opportunities it presents. He has been happily married to his supportive wife, Amanda, for 19 years, and they have three children. Together, they enjoy traveling and exploring the outdoors.
