Robert Schindler leads Arch-Con’s award-winning, nationally recognized safety program. As a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, safety has always been an important part of Schindler's career. He serves as Arch-Con's vice president of safety with 18 years of experience in the construction industry. At Arch-Con, Schindler implements safety procedures and a job specific safety program to all on-site construction personnel by conducting safety inspections and managing OSHA compliance. Schindler won the Safety Director of the Year award from the Association of General Contractors, further affirming his dedication to keeping every worker safe on the job. Under his leadership, Arch-Con has received the Alphonse Engelman Best Tilt-up Safety General Contractor Less than 250k Work Hours award in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Arch-Con is also a seven-time Zero Lost Time Accident Achievement Award Winner.
