Jose Torres began his career in concrete construction at the age of 19 and has amassed over 35 years of industry experience. As Area General Superintendent at Encore Concrete Construction, he brings exceptional leadership and a wealth of industry knowledge to the team, combined with a hands-on approach to his projects. Jose has extensive experience of tilt-wall buildings and warehouses, having worked on numerous notable projects throughout his career. He is an ACI-certified Tilt-Up Supervisor and holds OSHA-30 certification, reflecting his strong commitment to both excellence and safety in the field.
