David C Whitlock

David C. Whitlock has over 30 years of experience representing management in all kinds of employment-related matters. He is a frequent lecturer, author, and presenter on best practices in employment-related topics. He was named a Georgia Super Lawyer - Immigration (2004), listed in Chambers USA, America's Leading Business Lawyers (2006, 2007 and 2009-2018), was named to Georgia Trend Magazine's Legal Elite since 2012, was selected for inclusion in Who's Who Legal Georgia in 2007, and has been listed in Best Lawyers in America since 2010.
Mr. Whitlock earned a baccalaureate degree from Hamilton College in Clinton, NY in 1977, majoring in English and Government. After several years in the publishing, insurance, and advertising industries in the Midwest, Mr. Whitlock returned to school and graduated with honors from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1986. On January 1, 2014, he started his own firm, cleverly titled Whitlock Law LLC.

Founded in 1986, the Tilt-Up Concrete Association (TCA) strives to improve the quality and acceptance of site-cast Tilt-Up construction - one of the fastest growing industries in the United States, combining the advantages of reasonable cost with low maintenance, durability, speed of construction and minimal capital investment.
