Philip is the Vice President of the KMK Capital Group of Companies, headquartered in St. John’s, NL. Philip oversees the development pipeline and investment transactions, with a focus on strategic developments, partnerships, acquisitions and dispositions in order to maximize growth. With significant experience in development, acquisitions, finance, sales and leasing, Philip is able to responsibly manage KMK’s development projects, along with sourcing, structuring and executing investment opportunities.

Since joining KMK Capital Inc. in 2011, Philip has help lead the company in becoming one of the largest vertically-integrated real estate firms in Newfoundland and Labrador, with an expanding footprint across North America.

Philip holds a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Commerce Degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, as well as active brokerage and real estate licences with the Newfoundland and Labrador Association of REALTORS.
